Thank You from the Festival Team

On behalf of Fr Tim, the festival leadership team, and the parish staff, we offer a sincere word of thanks to the entire parish for the wonderful support of our festival this year! We encountered a bit of rain Saturday evening and into Sunday until 1pm, but we still enjoyed a very nice crowd both Saturday night and all-day Sunday.

Our annual festival is a prime example of how we support our parish Mission to connect us to each other in fun and fellowship. The hard work of setup and working at our assignments lead to a wonderful sense of oneness and friendship. It also contributes nicely to financially sustaining all our ministries. You may note that proceeds are slightly down from last year, but $51,714 is a huge boost to our overall budget.

With gratitude in mind, we thank the following:

The many parishioners that came to the setup night and those who worked at their assignments during the two days of the festival,

The Booth Chairpeople and all the booth workers and many others who worked behind the scenes throughout the event,

The electricians and maintenance people who spent countless hours on-site,

Those who prepared the food and worked in the Dinners and Lunch stand,

Band Acree who performed on Saturday night to a very happy crowd,

Our musical entertainment on Sunday for providing a great atmosphere for joining together and allowing for great fellowship.

The leadership team is again seeking volunteers to step up as a leadership couple or team for 2024 and 2025. Please consider this and call the office at any time with your interest. Your information will be forwarded to the current team, who will get back with you shortly.
